The Week That Will Be (11th August 2019)

This week we probably won't find out very much.

  • It is the heart of the summer holidays; there are public holidays in Japan, Europe, and the Arab world; and parliamentary recesses in the UK, US and Europe.
  • But this is only a brief respite. In ten days, the Jackson Hole Symposium kicks off, followed by the G7 meeting in Biarritz. An Italian No Confidence Vote awaits.

This week, then, what will we find out?:
