The No Confidence Vote fast approaches, apparently faster than the Prime Minister himself was expecting. The Sunday Times reports that his closest circle of advisers have either been on holiday or not even called up for the fight. Very little has been placed in the PM's diary following the publication of the Sue Gray report, with the focus instead due on two set-piece speeches, one this week on "right-to-buy" housing . . .
