There has been a recovery of sorts after the lockdown effects from fighting the virus as the Fed and others pumped money and governments relaxed fiscal rules. China’s output is expected to catch up from where it would have been by year end. This has lifted commodity prices. India regained 90m of the 114m jobs lost. But, there is long term scarring expected and the virus hasn’t even left . . .
